Refund Policy


Active Projects

If you choose to discontinue our services during an active project, we will refund the remaining balance on a pro-rata basis. Charges for work already completed will be retained.


Projects 90 Days Old or More

Projects—whether active, on hold, in progress, or completed—are not eligible for partial or full refunds if payment was made 90 days prior or earlier.


Prepaid Plans

Our prepaid plans, billed quarterly, semi-annually, or annually, are eligible for pro-rata refunds upon early cancellation. Refunds will be calculated based on the original (non-discounted) rate for services rendered.

Example:
If you purchase a 12-month plan at $1,000/month ($12,000 annually) with a 33% upfront discount, paying $8,040, and cancel after 6 months:
Services used: 6 months × $1,000 = $6,000

Refund: $8,040 - $6,000 = $2,040

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after initiation.


Complete Refunds

For specific concerns warranting a complete refund, please submit a detailed request. We will review your case and respond accordingly.

Altim Tech offers a 100% money-back guarantee for SEO projects under certain conditions. If your designated website does not achieve the agreed-upon rankings within 30 days of completing all project deliverables, we will refund the full payment, including any transaction fees.

Clients must initiate the refund process within 60 days of project completion. Requests received after this period will not be entertained.


Recurring Payment Policy

Unless specified otherwise, all digital marketing services provided by Altim Tech—including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Reputation Management—are billed on a recurring monthly or prepaid basis. Some web design and development projects may also be subject to recurring payments, depending on their scope and duration.


Client Feedback and Approval

Timely client feedback and approval are essential for project success. If no feedback is received within 30 days or by the project completion date (whichever comes first), Altim Tech reserves the right to retain the project cost due to resource allocation. In such cases, clients may not be eligible for a full refund; however, a partial refund may be considered upon mutual agreement.


Right to Refuse Service

Altim Tech reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.


Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability


Client Websites

Altim Tech is not liable for any damages to client websites or associated entities. Clients dissatisfied with our services may request a refund and discontinue use. We are not responsible for accidental data loss or search engine penalties. Altim Tech adheres to white-hat SEO practices in line with Google Guidelines and seeks client approval before making changes.


Website Changes

Clients are advised to regularly back up their websites. Altim Tech is not liable for data loss or issues arising from unauthorized changes. Alterations to website templates, designs, or META tags can impact rankings and traffic. Clients should inform us before making such changes.


Search Engine Penalties

Altim Tech is not responsible for search engine penalties. We practice white-hat SEO and obtain client approval before implementing changes. Should penalties occur, Altim Tech will not be held accountable.


Web Development

Development work is performed upon client request. Altim Tech is not liable for website damage, data loss, or other issues. Clients are encouraged to provide user-level access and change login details post-project. Regular website backups are recommended.


SEO Work

Altim Tech is not responsible for search engine algorithm changes affecting rankings or traffic. Delays or performance issues due to hosting, ISPs, client delays, or uncontrollable circumstances are not our responsibility.


Google My Business (GMB) Setup and Recovery


Eligibility

The "GMB Profile Setup" service is applicable only to new GMB/GBP accounts. Existing profiles are not eligible.


Required Documentation

Clients must provide valid identification and business documentation for verification. Failure to do so may delay the setup process, for which Altim Tech is not liable.


Verification Calls

Clients may need to participate in Google verification calls. Non-participation may delay profile setup, and Altim Tech is not responsible for such delays.


Support

Clients receive 30 days of support post-GMB setup. Issues arising after this period require a new support agreement. Violations of Google's guidelines by the client nullify the 30-day support clause.


Suspension Protocol

In case of GMB suspension, clients must follow our support team's instructions. Failure to comply absolves Altim Tech of responsibility for delays or losses.


Arbitration

Disputes will first be addressed amicably. If unresolved, both parties agree to seek resolution through the American Arbitration Association (adr.org).


Image Policy

Altim Tech uses streaming images for client projects unless exclusive rights are purchased. We do not use unauthorized or copyrighted images.


Changes to Terms and Conditions

Altim Tech may update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed.


Notification of Changes

We are not obligated to notify users of changes to our Terms and Conditions. Regular review of this page is recommended.


Client Dashboard Access

Access to our Client Dashboard is exclusive to Altim Tech clients and is available for the duration of our engagement. The Dashboard provides real-time insights into project progress and performance metrics. Information provided during registration is used solely for this purpose and is not shared or sold.
